Everything Else

We first rented a small, second story space in Hammonton's artist studio building.  It seemed like the perfect place for us to host our bridal previews separate from our personal dining room's.  As our children grew older we had no choice but to move our preview's to an actual location, however, as our following continued to grow, we realized we needed a storefront and bigger space to work in. When it became available, I knew it would be our next home. It was previously a barber shop for over 40 years.  After blood, sweat, tears and a lot of TLC from the help of ALL my familty and friends, our boutique salon came together perfectly. My dad built our shelving out of wood from my great grandfather's house, we tore up five layers of old flooring to get to a beautiful original hardwood we refinished. my Mommom makes jewelry she proudly displays in our shop today, and much, much, more. We even saved the original gumball machine (was blue and now painted gold) for good luck! Check out some before and after pictures of our salon during the process!

After a long process and tremendous support from my friends and family, it was time for our grand opening and ribbon cutting celebration!I felt such an overwhelming sense of gratitude being surrounded by so many people who support and helped me through the process! Every single person took part in some way with salon renovations and preparing for the opening! It was a day I will truly remember and cherish forever <3
